Technology Transfer Division provides services to the following clients who.

1. Seek to transfer or sell  their existing or new technologies to manufacturers or investors.

2. Seek to buy or license existing or new technologies from inventors or technology holders.

3. Seek to commercialize their ideas or inventions (from idea to product to market).

Our Technology Transfer Division has successfully helped Environeering Environmental Co. (EEC), a Ducon Group Company, in New York to transfer its wet-limestone Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) technology into P. R. China.  In May of 2004, EEC signed a multiyear agreement with Tinci Sanhe Environmental Engineering Co. Ltd. in China to take on FGD projects in China.  In the duration of the agreement, our Technology Transfer Division will fully participate in the process of any FGD project by acting as a consultant firm to ensure that both EEC and TINCI can succeed in the marketplace. Due to the successful technology transfer and with the help from American ChemTech, Tinci became a public company (tick symbol TNCI) and began its first day trading at AIM market in London Stock Exchange on July 31, 2006.

Currently, another technology - LiPF6 manufacturing technology - is under process of commercialization by American ChemTech from the US to China. LiPF6 is a major component in lithium battery. More information will be provided after this commercialization is complete.
