What We Do

American ChemTech Inc. (ACTi) is a Texas-based Enterprise in the USA. Currently, ACTi has the following business endeavors.

Chemicals: ACTi retains the exclusive right to sell LiPF6 for electrolyte suppliers of electric cars' lithium ion batteries. ACTi is also a manufacturer of specialized polyphosphates and pyrophosphates such as potassium tripolyphosphate, potassium pyrophosphate, and copper pyrophosphate. Our products are widely used in electroplating industry and food industry.  In addition to our marketing and sales business in the United States, we have office in Hangzhou, China.

Lubricants: ACTi has its own proprietary technology to supply top quality with practical application for customers who use air-operated equipments and tool, pneumatic tools and who try solve their rusting problems on metals.

Technology Transfer & Licensing: ACTi has successfully made a technology transfer of wet-limestone flue gas desulfurization (FGD) technology from USA to China, which help China reduce environmental pollution. Another technology licensing we are currently undertaking is the state-of-the-art manufacturing technology of producing Lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF₆) which is the key chemical component in the lithium-ion batteries of electric vehicles. By doing so, ACTi retains the exclusive right to market and sell LiPF₆ worldwide. Our involvement will guarantee minimizing risk and maximizing return on investment to all involved parties.

Instrumentation: ACTi is specialized in manufacturing, marketing, and sale of analytical instruments with major markets in southern China. Our partner, Guangzhou Zian Technology Co., Ltd., exclusively handles the marketing and sales of ACTi products.

Additionally, American ChemTech provides services to our clients to source bulk and specialty chemicals. Meanwhile, we envision that small and mid-sized enterprises in USA and Europe need expert help to expand their businesses into China or to utilize China’s manufacturing capability to their advantage.  ACTi has been helping customers manufacture goods in China - boosting profits and reducing costs. We've unlocked the mysteries of Chinese cultures, languages and trade customs, creating significant manufacturing savings over domestically produced goods for clients while maintaining and improving delivery and quality expectations. ACTi handles all the logistics such as finding the right factory, negotiating prices, overseeing the tooling and factory production, quality inspections, production financing, insurance, shipping, customs clearance and delivery. To ensure our quality service, our customers pay nothing until the product is received in their warehouse, inspected and approved. With numerous partners in China, ACTi will help our clients take advantage of low overseas labor costs - without sacrificing the quality or reliable supply of their product.
