Who We Are

American ChemTech Inc. (ACTi) is a Texas-based Enterprise in the USA. ACTi began as a manufacturer of specialized polyphosphates and pyrophosphates such as potassium tripolyphosphate, potassium pyrophosphate, and copper pyrophosphate. Our products are widely used in electroplating industry and food industry.  In addition to our own manufacturing, marketing and sales business in the United States, we have offices in the cities of Beijing and Hangzhou, which are the centers of the major developed manufacturing and marketing regions in China.

Additionally, for the past twenty some years, China emerges as a major manufacturing base and consumer market.  During the process of China trying to catch up with developed countries in technology and product development, China creates enormous opportunities for those who can utilize the space and time difference between China and developed countries.  United States of America and European Countries have a rich source of mature technologies and products, which can expand their markets into China.  However, cultural and business operational differences between China and USA and Europe bring frustration and failure to those who attempt to get a foot on China market.

We are a group of well experienced experts (including scientists, engineers, marketing and sales experts, politicians, entrepreneurs, and investors) who have broad connection and network both in China and USA and Europe.  We envision that small and mid-sized enterprises in USA and Europe need expert help to expand their businesses into China or to utilize China’s manufacturing capability to their advantage.  Or Chinese enterprises can use our services to license USA and European technologies and to form joint ventures to greatly promote their presence in the global market.  Our involvement will guarantee minimizing risk and maximizing return on investment to all parties.
